What does BJC Global do?
BJC Global designs, fabricates, installs, commissions and maintains water and wastewater treatment plants: sewage treatment plants (STP), effluent treatment plants (ETP), RO plants, water treatment and softening plants, recycling systems and more. We also supply irrigation, dust suppression and fire fighting systems. One team handles your project from the first site visit through to annual maintenance.
Which areas do you serve?
Our office is in Sector 82, Gurugram, and we regularly work across Delhi NCR, including Gurugram, Delhi, Noida, Faridabad, Manesar and Sonipat. We also take up projects elsewhere in India, with installation and commissioning teams travelling to site and remote support for operators.
How much does an STP, ETP or RO plant cost?
Cost depends mainly on capacity, raw water or effluent quality, the treatment technology, the output quality you need, available space and whether civil tanks or packaged steel/FRP tanks are used. After a site visit and test we give you a written proposal with capital cost and an estimate of running cost, so you can compare options properly.
Do you offer a free site visit?
Yes. For projects in Delhi NCR we can arrange a free site visit to understand your load, space and existing system, and collect water or effluent samples for testing where needed. For projects outside NCR we usually start with drawings, photos and lab reports, then plan a visit.
How long does it take to install a plant?
Timelines depend on size and scope. Packaged plants for buildings are typically delivered and commissioned within a few weeks of order confirmation and site readiness. Larger civil-based STPs and ETPs take longer because of construction work. We share a dated schedule with your proposal.
Can you take over or upgrade an existing plant?
Yes. Many of our jobs are existing STPs or ETPs that are underperforming, overloaded or not compliant. We audit the plant, identify the bottlenecks and propose repairs, retrofits such as MBBR media or better aeration, automation, or a full operation and maintenance contract.
Do you provide AMC and operation services?
Yes. We offer annual maintenance contracts covering scheduled visits, preventive maintenance, consumables and spares as agreed, and breakdown support. Where required we can also provide trained operators and help maintain logbooks and records.
What details should I share to get a quote quickly?
Share your site location, type of building or industry, number of occupants or daily water use, any existing water or effluent test reports, available space and the output you need, such as reuse for flushing or drinking water quality.
