Mist irrigation system allows application of water under high pressure with the help of misting pump usually above 40 kg/cm2 (600 psi). It releases water similar to rainfall through a small diameter nozzle placed in the high pressure misting tubes. Water is distributed through a system of tubes and Mist Nozzles, sprayed into air and irrigates over the plants. It can be used to reduce the temperature inside the greenhouse or polyhouse and improve the humidity as well. Micro neturtirents can be added to the spraying water to improve the crops
Design of Mist irrigation System
The basic objective of Mist irrigation system for uniform spreading of water to control Humidity and temperature. The Misting irrigation system should be designed properly to achieve high irrigation efficiency. The inventory of resources and climatic conditions of the field area are primarily required for the design of Misting system.
Mist Irrigation Nozzle
Mist Irrigation Nozzles are the heart beat of mist Irrigation System taking cues from the controller to turn valves on and off at desired watering intervals.
Types of Mist irrigation System
Low Pressure misting system (for watering plants)
Medium Pressure misting system (for cooling and improve humidity)
High Pressure misting system (for cooling and improve humidity)
Components of Mist Irrigation System
High Pressure Misting Pump and nozzles, tubes and controllers are the primary components of a Mist irrigation system. High Pressure Mist Nozzles spread water as “rainlike” droplets over the plant surface.
The Components are below here
A High Pressure pump unit
High Pressure Mist Nozzle units and filters
Pipe network and connectors
Humidity and temperature controllers
Couplers, valves, risers, bends, plugs etc.

Mobility of system helps system operation easy.
Soluble fertilizers and chemicals use are possible.
Reduces labour cost.
Misting Irrigation Timers
There are three basic types of irrigation timers: mechanical, electronic and hybrid timers.
Mechanical timers : Mechanical timers must be set manually, but are very economical. Be sure to monitor your lawn closely and make adjustments when needed with mechanical timers.
Electronic timers : Electronic timers provide more options and features and can be controlled remotely from a computer or smartphone, allowing you to make adjustments in real time when the weather changes. Some electronic timers can control both regular and drip irrigation systems.
Hybrids timers : Hybrids combine features of both with convenient controls and easy-to-read inputs. Hybrids also feature digital readouts and easy-to-use sliders for setting water duration.
Our company’s main objective is to provide a complete water management automation system for the domestic, industrial and agricultural sectors.
